Jennifer KristinekJennifer Kristinek, a senior Agribusiness major and Entomology minor, has applied for and been awarded a congressional internship with Representative Kevin Brady under the Agriculture and Natural Resource Policy Internship Program. She received this internship based on knowledge of Agricultural Policy, people skills, grades, and other activities. She will be in Washington D.C. for the entirety of the Spring ’99 semester working directly with Representative Brady and his staff dealing with policy issues and constituents, giving tours, and doing legislative research. Jennifer will graduate with honors in December 1999. She is currently employed under Dr. Roger Gold at the Center for Urban and Structural Entomology in the chemistry lab. After graduation, she plans to go into Agricultural Products Marketing. Jennifer is the daughter of Jerome and Cyndy Kristinek of Lubbock and a 1995 graduate of Idalou High School. |
