Scientific name: Stictocephala bisonia Kopp & Yonke
Facts: The buffalo treehopper is bright green and has a general
three-sided appearance when viewed from in front. Treehoppers come in a
variety of colors and patterns. Other treehoppers are camouflaged and may
appear as spines or twigs until they move.
